Photography Services:
Video & Film Services: Geoffrey George was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up near Orchard Lake where he attended high school at St. Mary's Preparatory. He received a BA with highest honors from the University of Michigan in 2008, studying Film & Video. He has worked as a freelance photographer in the Detroit area for three years, having learned photography from his father at an early age. As a filmmaker, Geoffrey has written and directed award-winning short films, and worked on feature films as an assistant director, assistant cameraman, and stills photographer. In 2007, he lived in Los Angeles, working at two independent film production companies. In 2008 he was selected as the Detroit photographer for the Detroit-Torino Urban Jazz Project. His fine art work is part of a series called American Twilight, highlighting post-industrial cities and areas affected by the economic crisis. Geoffrey currently resides in downtown Detroit.
